We are excited to introduce our Talon Top Tier Groups. The concept is as revolutionary for your retail thrift as it is simple: top performing managers and executives coming together in like groups to share revolutionary ideas for increasing sales, experiences, and knowledge. Each meeting is facilitated by a Talon Company moderator who is an industry expert, is passionate about retail thrift, and can deliver results. Each group is composed of non–competing retail thrift managers, or executives. This eliminates the danger of losing business gains to your neighbor.

Meetings consist of twelve monthly telephonic sessions. Each of the monthly sessions are open forums so that every member can share his or her "hits" and "misses" with other members. Ever wonder how your store is doing compared to other stores? Each month, members will also be able to submit their financial data to Talon Company. We will create a composite report which will allow you to benchmark your store operations as well as compare against others—confidentially, of course.

Groups will be assigned by region and store size. We want to be sure that there are no competitive issues and that retail thrift managers of similar sized operations will be able to benefit each other. Unless requested otherwise, thrift managers and agency executives will be in like groups.

Meetings will be scheduled after each group is clustered and a "best time" is determined. Each telephonic meeting will be one hour in length.

Membership fees are $100 monthly which can be billed to your credit card – or invoiced if preferred.

No. You can participate as long as you wish. At any time, you are free to drop out of the group or to request reassignment to another group as long as the group you are requesting approves a membership change.

Prior to the 10th of each month you will need to fax or email this information to Talon Company. A composite report will be sent out by the 15th. (Composite reports provide a unique, comparative look at how your store compared to your peers. Each store will be given a separate code so that only you and the Talon Company moderator are able to identify your retail thrift from the report.)

Not to worry – we will work with you to help you get to a point where you can supply this information.
